Terms of Service

Sample wording. Replace the bracketed parts, and have an attorney review this before you launch, especially the limits of liability.
These terms govern use of Squawk Tracker, provided by Ira Allstadt ("we").
What Squawk Tracker is, and isn't
Squawk Tracker is a tool for reporting, tracking, and communicating about aircraft maintenance discrepancies. It is not an official maintenance record, and it does not replace required maintenance records, logbook entries, an approved Minimum Equipment List, or the judgment of pilots and maintenance personnel. Airworthiness determinations remain the responsibility of the operator, pilot in command, and certificated maintenance personnel.
Accounts
Your flight department's administrator creates accounts and assigns roles. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell your administrator if you think your account has been misused.
